Landfalls

Here it all is: Everywhere we've been since December, 2001.  Since this page was getting so long, we decided to split the whole section up into CaribbeanPacific and Indian Ocean landfalls.  In those sections you will find smaller regions, and under those the islands or ports we actually went to.

In the Caribbean, we visited the Leeward Islands, most of the Windward Islands, Venezuela, and the Southwest Caribbean (the A B Cs and Panama).

The Pacific section covers Ecuador and the Galapagos; the Marquesas, Tuamotus, and Society Islands of French Polynesia; the Kingdom of Tonga including the Vava'u and Ha'apai Groups; Fiji; New Caledonia and Australia.

The Indian Ocean section starts with 5 regions: Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, The Maldives and the Chagos Archipelago.

We've also compiled all the Newsletters we've emailed over the months and posted them in their own section.  These start with our passage from Curacao to the San Blas, and continue with our passages to Ecuador, the Galapagos, the Marquesas, the Tuamotus, the Kingdom of Tonga, Fiji, New Caledonia, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, the Chagos Archipelago, and the Seychelles.  These short missives reflect our at-the-moment thoughts and feelings, and therefore have a different perspective from our normal Landfalls pages (which are usually written somewhat after the fact).  Even if you received the emails, check them out now because we've added photos!  Also, if you'd like to receive our newsletters, please just drop us an email.  Our mailing list is very private and we'll also take you off the list as soon as you ask.

Note:  As Amanda gets more into map-designing, the maps get more detailed and accurate.
However, none of the maps on this site are designed for navigation.
